All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer domestic and international shipping from our base in Brisbane, Australia.
Australia (Domestic Shipping)
Standard Shipping (Australia Post or Courier):

Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping:

Flat rate: $14.95 AUD

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel via the courier’s website.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.
5. Delays or Issues
If your order is taking longer than expected or you haven’t received your tracking information, please contact us at serendipitybyyou@gmail.com.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
